It was made for walking around. Staff was professional and great despite our late arrival. The location was excellent and particularly good right by waterfront restaurants, park/market and a very doable walk to the Reversing Falls as well as Saint John, and had everything you needed. Overall experience was enjoyable.

Our recent stay at Chipman Hill Suites - Pratt House was delightful. The historic building had a charming old-world appeal with beautiful historical details and high ceilings. The kitchenette in our room was clean and well-organized, which was perfect for our extended stay. The housekeeping staff were prompt and attentive to detail. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the bedding was of high quality, with soft sheets, large pillows, and a perfectly dense mattress. It was like sleeping on a cloud! the location was fantastic, close to waterfront restaurants and a short walk to the market and the Reversing Falls. Plus, there was complimentary parking available, which was a great perk.
There were a few small drawbacks. the room lacked a sitting area and only had one comfortable chair.
